Spread a spoon full of dosa batter on the non-stick griddle. Let it cook for 1 minute at medium flame.
Spread half of grated chocolate over it and then half of grated cheese over it. Cook till chocolate melts at high flame.
When ready roll and garnish with grated chocolate and cheese.Repeat the same for remaining.
Serve hot Cheese Chocolate Dosa as breakfast or anytime snack.
Instead of cheese add roasted nuts like almonds, cashews and walnuts. Try to chop them into small pieces. And in that case, garnish with grated chocolate and nuts.
Serve hot garnish with lots of grated cheese.
